Ingredients:
- 1 cup of pecans
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of raisins
- 1 tsp. of ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsps. of raw honey
Process:
- Put the pecans and nutmeg into a food processor and blend until are finely ground.
- Add in the raisins, honey, vanilla, shredded coconut and cocoa powder.
- Mix well until everything is perfectly combined.
- Place the mixture into a bowl.
- With your own hands, shape small balls.
- Store in the refrigerator until hardened.
- Enjoy!

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of arugula leaves
- 1 broccoli head
- 1 cup of green beans
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 1 cooked beet
- 2 ounces of almonds
- 3 ounces of pecans
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tsp. of paprika
- 2 celery springs
- 1 orange
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 spring of coriander
- 1 tbsp. of ghee
- Salt and pepper to taste
Process:
- Put the 2 cups of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Cut the broccoli into florets.
- Put the arugula leaves and the broccoli florets into the boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- Slice the zucchini.
- Cut the beet into small squares.
- Chop the celery.
- Heat a pan with the ghee.
- Sauté the green beans for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix all the veggies.
- Stir in the almonds, pecans and the chopped celery.
- Season with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Extract the juice from the orange.
- Put the garlic clove, apple cider vinegar, coriander, olive oil and orange juice into a food processor and blend for a few seconds.
- Serve this salad with the orange dressing and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 2 bunches of asparagus
- 2 zucchinis
- 3 celery stalks
- 2 cups of cooked quinoa
- 1 tbsp. of coconut oil
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Process:
- Preheat oven at 350°F.
- Put the celery and coconut oil into a food processor and blend for a few minutes until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with the celery mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Let repose for 5 minutes.
- Grease a baking dish and put into it the chicken wings.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cut zucchini into slices.
- Put the 2 cups of water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
- Add the asparagus and zucchini slices and let boil for 2 minutes.
- Serve chicken wings with quinoa and salad.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of coconut flour
- ½ pineapple
- ¼ cup of coconut milk
- 6 eggs
- 8 ounces of strawberries
- 8 ounces of 75% dark chocolate
- 5 ounces of almond butter
- 2 tbsps. of stevia
- 2 tbsps. of ghee
- 1 tsp. of lemon zest, grated
- 8 ounces of strawberries
- 1 cup of orange wedges
Instructions:
- Preheat oven at 350°F.
- Grease a baking mold with the ghee.
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter together.
- Set aside and let cool.
- Blend the pineapple with the coconut milk.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks.
- Add the honey and whisk until thickens.
- Stir in the melted chocolate, blended pineapple, stevia, coconut flour and lemon zest through the yolk mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until fluffy.
- Combine the 2 mixtures until well combined.
- Pour this mixture into the prepared baking mold.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted to the center of the cake comes out dry and clean.
- Decorate the cake with the orange wedges and strawberries.
- Serve and Enjoy!

Easy, healthy and light meal recipe perfect for breakfast!
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Filling Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. of strawberries
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 3 peaches
- ½ tbsp. of arrowroot powder
- 1 cup of raw honey
- 1 lemon
Topping Ingredients:
- ½ cup of rolled oats (gluten-free)
- ½ cup of almonds
- ¼ cup of cashews
- ¼ cup of coconut flour
- 3 tbsp. of shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp of sea salt
- 1 tbsp. of stevia
- 2 tbsps. of ghee
Process:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Grease a 7 inch casserole dish with the ghee.
- Peel and cut the mangoes and peaches into small squares.
- Slice the strawberries.
- Extract the lemon zest and lemon juice.
- In a large bowl, mix all of the filling ingredients until perfectly combined.
- Pour the fruit mixture into the prepared dish.
- In another bowl, mix all of the topping ingredients.
- Put the topping ingredients all over the fruit mixture in an even layer.
- Cover with aluminum foil and poke some holes in the foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.Serve and enjoy!

- 8 ounces of 75% dark chocolate
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of shredded coconut
- ½ cup of strawberries (your choice)
Process
- Preheat oven at 350°F.
- Chop the strawberries into small squares.
- Chop the bananas into small pieces-
- Put the shredded coconut into a baking mold.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the chopped strawberries and banana.
- Put the baking mold into the freezer for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer and break the chocolate into pieces.
- Serve and enjoy.

Who wouldn’t love this juicy, tasty and healthy lunch?! The recipe is just so amazing!

Ingredients:
- 16 ounces of chicken breast
- 1 orange
- ¼ cup cashews
- ¼ cup of almonds
- 1 bunch of arugula leaves
- 1 zucchini

- 2 tbsps. of coconut oil
- 1 cup of cooked lentils
- Salt and pepper to taste
Process:
- Cut the zucchini and carrot into small squares.
- Slice the chicken breast.
- Heat a pan with some coconut oil.
- Sauté the chicken breasts for 5 minutes.
- Put chicken into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
- Extract the juice from the orange.
- Add coconut oil to the same pan where you cooked the chicken and sauté the arugula leaves, carrot and zucchini squares for 4 minutes.
- Stir in the cashews, almonds, orange juice and lentils.
- Sauté for 2 more minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve and top with the baked chicken breast.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- ½ cup of blueberries
- ½ cup of coconut flakes
- 3 ounces of almonds
- 2 tbsps. of stevia
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
- 4 ounces of dark chocolate
- Banana Split Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 2 ounces of pecans
- 3 ounces of dark chocolate
Process:
- Put the water into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Place a heat proof bowl over it and pour the almond milk in it.
- Add the vanilla extract and heat.
- Finely chop almonds and the dark chocolate.
- Add them to the mixture.
- Mash the banana.
- Gradually add the almond milk to the mashed banana and continue whisking.
- Continue whisking until it has a firm consistency.
- Chop the blueberries.
- Stir in the stevia and blueberries.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Put the ice cream in the freezer and stir constantly every 30 minutes until it is set.
- Cut the 2 bananas in half lengthwise.
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
- Place the sliced banana in two large bowls.
- Slice the strawberries.
- Take ice cream out of the freezer and serve 2 scoops onto the bananas of each bowl.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the ice cream and top with strawberries and almonds.
- Enjoy!
