Baked Celery Chicken Wings

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 2 bunches of asparagus
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 2 cups of cooked quinoa
  • 1 tbsp. of coconut oil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Preheat oven at 350°F.
  2. Put the celery and coconut oil into a food processor and blend for a few minutes until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with the celery mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Let repose for 5 minutes.
  6. Grease a baking dish and put into it the chicken wings.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Cut zucchini into slices.
  9. Put the 2 cups of water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  10. Add the asparagus and zucchini slices and let boil for 2 minutes.
  11. Serve chicken wings with quinoa and salad.
  12. Enjoy!
