Look no further – here’s an easy smoked salmon recipe!

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces of smoked salmon
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 bunches of green beans
- 1 tsp. of olive oil
- 1 tbsp. of ghee
- 1 tbsp. of rosemary leaves
- 2 tbsps. of thyme leaves
- Sea salt to taste
Process:
- Peel and slice the cucumber.
- Season the salmon with rosemary, thyme and salt.
- Slice the tomato.
- Heat a saucepan with ghee and sauté the green beans.
- Heat the salmon for a few minutes in the saucepan.
- Spread over the salmon the olive oil.
- Serve it with cucumber, tomato and green beans.
- Enjoy!
