Look no further – here’s an easy smoked salmon recipe!

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces of smoked salmon
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 bunches of green beans
  • 1 tsp. of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. of ghee
  • 1 tbsp. of rosemary leaves
  • 2 tbsps. of thyme leaves
  • Sea salt to taste

Process:

  1. Peel and slice the cucumber.
  2. Season the salmon with rosemary, thyme and salt.
  3. Slice the tomato.
  4. Heat a saucepan with ghee and sauté the green beans.
  5. Heat the salmon for a few minutes in the saucepan.
  6. Spread over the salmon the olive oil.
  7. Serve it with cucumber, tomato and green beans.
  8. Enjoy!
