Amazing and perfect fun-sized dessert!

Crust Ingredients
- ½ cup of cashews
- 1 tsp. of almond butter
- 1 tsp. of ghee
- 1 tbsp. of coconut flour
- 1 tbsp. of raw honey
- A pinch of salt
Filling ingredients
- ½ cup of pecans
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. of almond milk
- 1 tbsp. of ghee
- 2 tbsps. of raw honey
- 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
- 1 lemon
Caramel ingredients
- ¼ cup of almond milk
- ½ cup of raw honey
- 2 tbsps. of ghee
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Process
- Put all of the crust ingredients into a food processor and blend until mixture resembles rice.
- Line a cupcake pan with foil and press the crust into the bottom of the cupcake pan.
- Put them into the freezer.
- Put all of the filling ingredients into a food processor and blend until it has a creamy texture.
- Pour this mixture over the crusts.
- Put it into the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, make the caramel.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the caramel ingredients.
- Let them melt and mix until well combined and has a caramel consistency.
- Pour the caramel over the cheesecake bites.
- Freeze for another hour.
- Serve and enjoy!
