Amazing and perfect fun-sized dessert!

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 2

Crust Ingredients

  • ½ cup of cashews
  • 1 tsp. of almond butter
  • 1 tsp. of ghee
  • 1 tbsp. of coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp. of raw honey
  • A pinch of salt

Filling ingredients

  • ½ cup of pecans
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. of ghee
  • 2 tbsps. of raw honey
  • 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
  • 1 lemon

Caramel ingredients

  • ¼ cup of almond milk
  • ½ cup of raw honey
  • 2 tbsps. of ghee
  • ½ tsp of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt


  1. Put all of the crust ingredients into a food processor and blend until mixture resembles rice.
  2. Line a cupcake pan with foil and press the crust into the bottom of the cupcake pan.
  3. Put them into the freezer.
  4. Put all of the filling ingredients into a food processor and blend until it has a creamy texture.
  5. Pour this mixture over the crusts.
  6. Put it into the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  7. Meanwhile, make the caramel.
  8. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the caramel ingredients.
  9. Let them melt and mix until well combined and has a caramel consistency.
  10. Pour the caramel over the cheesecake bites.
  11. Freeze for another hour.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
