Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of ground chicken
- 6 eggs
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 1 celery spring
- 1 Avocado
- ½ tsp. of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. of paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Process:
- In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with 2 eggs.
- Mince the garlics.
- Chop the coriander and celery.
- Add to the ground chicken and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
- Make patties and cook them for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Poach the remaining eggs one by one in a sauce pan with 2 cups of water and 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar.
- Peel and slice the avocado.
- Serve one poached egg over one patty and some avocado slices.
- Sprinkle some paprika over it.
