Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 1 carrot
- ½ lettuce head
- 4 radishes
- ½ cup of cashews
- 2 celery sticks
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
Process:
- Chop the lettuce.
- Cut the apple and radishes into small squares.
- Shredded the carrot.
- Chop the celery into small pieces.
- Extract the juice from the lemon.
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients together.
- Season with salt.
- Serve and Enjoy!
