Easy-to-follow and always perfect salad snack recipe!

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ lettuce head
  • 4 radishes
  • ½ cup of cashews
  • 2 celery sticks
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste

Process:

  1. Chop the lettuce.
  2. Cut the apple and radishes into small squares.
  3. Shredded the carrot.
  4. Chop the celery into small pieces.
  5. Extract the juice from the lemon.
  6. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients together.
  7. Season with salt.
  8. Serve and Enjoy!

Swaps
You can substitute lemon juice with lime juice.
