Low-Carb Paleo Bread

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 3

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup of coconut flour
  • ¼ cup of shredded coconut
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. of baking powder
  • ½ tsp. of stevia
  • 1 tsp. of ghee
  • A pinch of salt

Process:

  1. Preheat oven at 350°F.
  2. Grease a baking mold with the ghee.
  3. Whisk the egg whites and add a pinch of salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks.
  5. Add the cream cheese.
  6. Add the shredded coconut, stevia, coconut flour and baking powder.
  7. Carefully, fold in the whisked egg whites.
  8. Put this mixture into a baking dish.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven.
  11. Cut the bread.
  12. Enjoy!
