Sweet Frozen Bites

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 muskmelon
  • 8 ounces of strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of raw honey
  • ½ cup of water

Process:

  1. Peel and cut the muskmelon into cubes.
  2. Put the muskmelon into a food processor, add the water and blend for a few minutes.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Blend for a few seconds more.
  5. Line a muffin pan with paper liners and pour the watermelon mixture into each liner.
  6. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  7. Insert Popsicle sticks into the center of each one.
  8. Continue freezing until hardened.
  9. Remove paper liners.
  10. Serve and enjoy!

Try this the best and tastiest melon, avocado, and chicken salad recipe!

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of chicken breast
  • 1 muskmelon
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. of ghee
  • 2 cups of cooked lentils
  • 1 small parsnip
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes.
  2. Peal the muskmelon and remove the seeds.
  3. Cut into small squares.
  4. Cut the avocado into small squares.
  5. Peel the parsnip and cut into small squares.
  6. Cut the tomatoes into halves.
  7. Heat a pan with the ghee and cook the chicken for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Mix all of the ingredients into a large bowl.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve with the cooked lentils and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • ½ broccoli head
  • 2 scallions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 celery spring
  • ½ tbsp. curry powder
  • 2 cups of water
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. of coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Thinly chop the scallion, celery and basil leaves.
  2. Mince the garlics.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into small squares.
  4. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
  5. Heat a pot with the coconut oil.
  6. Cook the minced garlic and the onion for a few minutes.
  7. Add the chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Add the broccoli and all the remaining ingredients.
  9. Let boil for 5 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Enjoy!

Easy to cook cookies and has a taste of real fruit!

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 pears
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups of coconut flour
  • 2 tbsps. of almond milk
  • 2 tbsps. of almonds
  • 2 tbsps. of macadamia nuts
  • 2 tbsps. of raw honey
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. of ground nutmeg
  • 2 tbsps. of ghee
  • ½ tsp. of lemon zest

Process:

  1. Preheat oven at 350°F.
  2. Grease a cookie mold with the ghee.
  3. Cut pears into slices.
  4. Put the pears, coconut flour, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, almonds and lemon zest into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  5. Whisk the eggs.
  6. Add to the whisked eggs the previous mixture.
  7. Add in macadamia nuts.
  8. Pour 2 tbsps. of the mixture into the mold until you finish the cookie mixture.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes.
  11. Sprinkle with nutmeg on top..
  12. Serve and Enjoy!

Enjoy our favorite easy and healthy recipe!

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 2 chipotle peppers
  • 2 Tbsps. chopped coriander
  • 2 Tbsps. chopped celery
  • 2 tsps. coconut oil
  • Sea salt to taste

Process:

  1. Chop the peppers.
  2. Slice the avocado.
  3. Whisk the eggs with the water into a large bowl.
  4. Heat a stainless steel pan with the coconut oil.
  5. Pour some of the egg mixture into the pan and let cook for a few minutes.
  6. Add the peppers, coriander and celery to the eggs.
  7. When almost ready, add some avocado slices and fold the omelet in half.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Quick and easy and know how to cook a perfect boiled egg!

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 4 bacon slices
  • ¼ onion
  • ½ cup of coriander leaves
  • 1 celery stick
  • 2 ripe avocadoes
  • 1 small lemon
  • 1 tsp. of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. of ghee
  • Salt to taste

Process:

  1. Hard-boil the eggs.
  2. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
  3. Heat a saucepan with the ghee and fry the bacon until golden.
  4. Peel and cut the eggs into halves.
  5. Remove the yolks.
  6. In a bowl, mash the avocado with the hard-boiled yolks.
  7. Chop the coriander and celery.
  8. Extract the juice from the lemon.
  9. Mix the coriander, celery, cooked bacon and the lemon juice with the avocado mixture.
  10. Stuffed each hard-boiled egg white with some guacamole.
  11. Sprinkle with some cayenne pepper.
  12. Enjoy!

A healthy flavorful recipe of lentil & veggies!

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked lentils
  • 4 scallions
  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 6 sheets lavash (no wheat, must be certified gluten-free)
  • 1 cup of tomato paste
  • ¼ lettuce
  • 1 cup of green beans
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tsp. of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsps. of ghee
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Chop the cilantro, bell peppers and scallions.
  2. Shred the lettuce.
  3. Heat the ghee into a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the scallions and cook until soft, stir frequently.
  5. Stir in the lentils, bell pepper and cilantro and mix until well combined.
  6. Let cool before using to make wraps.
  7. Spread 1 1/2 tablespoons of tomato paste over the sheets lavash.
  8. Top with the lentil mixture and the lettuce.
  9. Wrap it.
  10. Repeat this step for remaining wraps.
  11. Cut the eggplant and zucchini into juliennes.
  12. Put all this veggies into a baking dish. Add some ghee.
  13. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
  14. Serve and enjoy!

  • 8 ounces of shrimp
  • ½ cup of strawberries
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 1 parsnip
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 tbsp. of ghee
  • ½ tsp. of cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste

Process:

  1. Heat a saucepan with the ghee.
  2. Cook the shrimp for a few minutes.
  3. Chop the lettuce.
  4. Cut the tomato into small squares.
  5. Shred the parsnip.
  6. Cut the avocado into small squares.
  7. Slice the scallions.
  8. Put all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
  9. Extract the juice from the lemon.
  10. In a food processor, blend the strawberries, lemon jucie and jalapeño pepper.
  11. Season with sea salt and pepper.
  12. Serve salad in a dish and top with previous spicy sauce.
  13. Season with sea salt and pepper.
  14. Enjoy!

Swaps
You can substitute shrimp with chicken.

Superb flavors in one delicious cookie!

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 3

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of coconut flour
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ tsp. of lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp. of ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. of baking powder
  • 1 tbsps. of stevia
  • 2 tbsps. of coconut oil/ghee
  • A pinch of sea salt

Process:

  1. Preheat oven at 350°F.
  2. Grease a baking mold with the coconut oil.
  3. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until it has a dough consistency.
  4. Stretch the dough with a rolling pin.
  5. Cut the stretched dough with a cookie cutter.
  6. Put the cookies into the greased mold.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Look no further – here’s an easy smoked salmon recipe!

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces of smoked salmon
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 bunches of green beans
  • 1 tsp. of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. of ghee
  • 1 tbsp. of rosemary leaves
  • 2 tbsps. of thyme leaves
  • Sea salt to taste

Process:

  1. Peel and slice the cucumber.
  2. Season the salmon with rosemary, thyme and salt.
  3. Slice the tomato.
  4. Heat a saucepan with ghee and sauté the green beans.
  5. Heat the salmon for a few minutes in the saucepan.
  6. Spread over the salmon the olive oil.
  7. Serve it with cucumber, tomato and green beans.
  8. Enjoy!
