Cooking time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 sweet potato

  • 8 ounces of ground beef

  • 2 small tomatoes

  • 1 avocado

  • ½ cup of chopped coriander

  • 1 zucchini

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 yellow bell peppers

  • 2 tbsps. of ghee

Process:

  1. Heat a pan with coconut oil.

  2. Form patties with the ground beef.

  3. Fry the patties in the pan on each side until golden brown.

  4. For the fries, cut the sweet potato into juliennes.

  5. Heat a stainless steel pan with the ghee.

  6. Fry the sweet potato strips for 5 minutes or until golden.

  7. Peel the carrot.

  8. Cut the carrot, bell peppers and zucchini into juliennes.

  9. Sauté the vegetables with some ghee and set aside.

  10. Slice the tomato and avocado.

  11. Serve each patty on a plate, and put one avocado slice over it.

  12. Add the tomato, carrot, zucchini, bell pepper and the chopped coriander.

  13. Enjoy!
