Perfect and nutritious recipe for your breakfast!

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Serves: 3

 

Ingredients:

  • 5 Ounces of Italia sausage
  • ½ Cup of broccoli
  • ½ cup of cauliflower
  • ½ onion
  • ½ jalapeño pepper
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 6 Muffin tins

Process:

  1. Preheat the oven at 400°F.
  2. Grease the muffin tins with oil.
  3. Cut the sausages into small squares.
  4. Chop the jalapeño pepper finely.
  5. Chop the onion and coriander.
  6. Whisk eggs into a large bowl.
  7.  Add in the sausages, onion, jalapeño pepper, broccoli and cauliflower.
  8. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the muffin tins.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
