It has what we need for our body, indeed, super healthy!

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Serves: 3

Ingredients:

  • ½ lettuce
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • ½ Red onion
  • 2 avocados
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 Tbsp. of ghee
  • ½ cup of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 spring of celery
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • ½ cup of parsley leaves
  • ½ cup of apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Put water into a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the eggs and let boil for 7 minutes.
  3. Peel and slice the eggs.
  4. Slice the tomatoes.
  5. Peel and slice the avocado.
  6. Slice and season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  7. Sautee chicken breast into a stainless steel pan with 1 tbsp. of coconut oil.
  8. Slice the onion.
  9. Put the olive oil, celery, apple cider vinegar, jalapeño pepper, parsley, garlics and salt into a food processor and blend for a few minutes.
  10. Arrange the salad on a plate.
  11. Put the dressing over the salad.
  12. Enjoy!
