Ingredients:
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup of cream cheese
- 4 slices of turkey ham
- 1 cup of arugula leaves
- 1 bunch of coriander leaves
- 1 tsp. of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. of coconut oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Cut the ham into small squares.
- Add the coconut oil and cook the ham until crisp.
- Chop the arugula leaves.
- Chop the coriander.
- In a bowl, mix the ham, cream cheese, arugula, coriander and cayenne pepper.
- Slice off the top of each cherry tomato.
- Remove pulp and seeds.
- Stuffed each tomato with cream cheese mixture.
- Serve and Enjoy!
Substitutes
You can substitute the bacon with ham.

Use only fresh cherry tomatoes and do not freeze or bake the tomatoes.
