Ingredients:
- 4 bananas
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup or raisins
- ¼ cup of raw honey
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. of lemon zest
- 1 tsp. of baking powder
- 1 cup of almond butter
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1 tbsp. of coconut oil
Process:
- Preheat oven at 400°F.
- Grease a baking mold with the coconut oil.
- Put all the ingredients except the raisins into the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Put this mixture into the greased mold and add the raisins.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
