Ingredients:

  • 4 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup or raisins
  • ¼ cup of raw honey
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. of lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. of baking powder
  • 1 cup of almond butter
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 1 tbsp. of coconut oil

Process:

  1. Preheat oven at 400°F.
  2. Grease a baking mold with the coconut oil.
  3. Put all the ingredients except the raisins into the food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Put this mixture into the greased mold and add the raisins.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
