Perfect food for the body!

Prep-time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of turkey ham
  • ½ cup of broccoli
  • ½ cup of cauliflower
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 cups of spinach leaves
  • 1 bunch of green beans
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • Sea salt to taste

Process:

  1. Cut turkey ham into small squares.
  2. Chop the spinach leaves.
  3. Slice the zucchinis and tomatoes.
  4. Heat a pan with coconut oil and add all the ingredients, except the avocado.
  5. Cook for a few minutes until ready.
  6. Slice the avocado on top.
  7. Season with sea salt to taste.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
