Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of turkey ham
- ½ cup of broccoli
- ½ cup of cauliflower
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 cups of spinach leaves
- 1 bunch of green beans
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- Sea salt to taste
Process:
- Cut turkey ham into small squares.
- Chop the spinach leaves.
- Slice the zucchinis and tomatoes.
- Heat a pan with coconut oil and add all the ingredients, except the avocado.
- Cook for a few minutes until ready.
- Slice the avocado on top.
- Season with sea salt to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
