Fruits are real nice so be sure to have a slice!!

Here’s a very-berry healthy recipe for all age!

Prep-time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  1. 4 ounces of strawberries (or berries to your choice)

  2. 1 ripe avocado

  3. ½ muskmelon

  4. ½ pineapple

  5. 2 ounces of almonds

  6. ¼ cup of shredded coconut

  7. ½ cup of almond cream

  8. 1 tbsp. cinnamon powder

  9. Skewers

Process:

  1. Cut the muskmelon, pineapple and avocado into ½ inch squares.

  2. Cut the strawberries in halves.

  3. Alternate onto the skewers the fruit squares.

  4. Drizzle almond cream and the shredded coconut over the kabobs and sprinkle slivered almonds over them.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
