Yay!!! Thanks for signing up!
Your Paleo On A Budget report is on the way. 🙂
And if you’re super-serious about sticking to paleo, I thought I should also tell you about my guide. There’s absolutely no pressure, of course!
See, while most people will tell you all the *good* parts about paleo, there are a lot of rough ones as well. Some parts of this lifestyle are HARD! Things like:
The thing is, I’m a very positive person. Most people would describe me as very happy. But I don’t want to delude you into thinking that once you start eating paleo, everything is rainbows and butterflies. It just isn’t.
I want to help make sure you stick with this lifestyle. I know the benefits of it, and I want to do everything in my power to make it actually last for you.
I believe if you know ahead of time what the rough parts are ahead of time, you can plan ahead for them – and then be MUCH more successful.
You see, I’ve been pretty obsessed with paleo for the past few years. I know you can see a crazy amount of benefits from eating this way.
So I’ve been in the forums, the Facebook groups, and I’ve talked to lots of people who wanted to commit to this way of eating. Some people stuck with it after a few days — and many didn’t.
I’ve whittled it down to the top 20 reasons why people don’t stick with paleo – and then figured out how you can overcome them. Here’s exactly what I’ve discovered:
Actually, eating paleo can be REALLY easy when you know what you’re doing.
If you’re like most people, you’ve probably tried to change your eating habits a time or two before.
You might have gotten super excited ahead of time, POSITIVE that you were sticking with it — and then, womp womp womp, something happened and you “cheated”.
Things like that are SO upsetting – and it drains out any enthusiasm you may have. Ugh. 🙁
The way people normally start out eating paleo simply DOES NOT WORK.
You know that, I know that.
But there IS an answer… it’s just not what most people think. It’s counterintuitive. Here’s what I mean:
When you know what the worst things are going to be in advance, you have a backup plan. You can know exactly what to do in times of trouble.
If you find yourself ready to claw someone’s eye out if you don’t get a piece of bread, wouldn’t you like to know how to get past that — WITHOUT eating the bread?
If you feel self conscious about committing to paleo when your family’s around, wouldn’t you like to know exactly how to handle them, so you don’t give in and avoid criticism?
I know this might sound like a lot to chew. It’s why I decided to put everything together in a guide that you can take advantage of. I know you want to stick to paleo… and so I wanted to do my best to help.
“This is a good resource for anyone who is currently doing or considering doing the Paleo Diet.
Tara provides an unvarnished look many of the obstacles you might face on this diet, and then offers practical solutions for each one.
For example, Tara deals with the very real problem of what to do when you eat out, and she provides some great ideas on what you can eat. Let’s say you were to go to a fast food restaurant you could do this: order a hamburger with bacon and vegetables but skip the bun (this is what some people call “protein style”); order a salad with grilled chicken; have sweet potato fries; get grilled fish if available; choose a taco salad (with no beans or cheese).
That is just a smidgen of what is in this book, and there are a lot more good tips just like this dealing with things such as “Sticking with it when it’s not fun,” “I don’t know how to cook,” “What am I supposed to do if I have kids” and many more.
I give this 5 stars, and my recommendation is to get this book if you are struggling with the Paleo Diet right now, or if you are thinking about trying it, but are looking at the pros and cons before you start. This book gives you the info you need to do the Paleo Diet, and stick with it even when things get a little tough.”
“Pretty interesting book about the Paleo diet. I’ve read a little bit on the internet about the Paleo diet, but I was always so unsure. It always seemed weird, eating like a caveman? Tara makes it pretty clear what I can do to follow the Paleo diet.I especially like how there were specific chapter to deal with a wide variety of issues. I always wondered how alcohol and caffeine figured into the Paleo diet, and there is a whole chapter about it in this book!
I’d recommend this book to people who have pondered Paleo before, and are ready to make the leap.”
“Brilliant! Stops you wanting to pack it in and helps beat the cravings.”
“My 2-year-old daughter and my infant son are terribly intolerant to milk proteins, lactose, soy proteins, some nuts, some berries. Additionally My 14-year-old and myself are lactose intolerant. I put all of us on the paleo diet, and after the detox period (believe me, I felt crummy after years of eating like garbage!) I lost 20 pounds of unhealthy fat that I had on my body in less than 1 month! All of my cravings stopped and I felt AMAZING! I could have ran a Marathon! When I consume dairy, I have yeasty sinus infections and other candida problems. On the paleo diet, no more! My children are all finally growing and thriving on the Paleo, when they had stunted growth and were constantly sick and had immune problems on the other processed junk!
Very nice book! It will tell you how to stick to it and what to expect during your transition, but afterwards, you will feel like gold!”
“I’m excited to learn more about going with the paleo lifestyle. I think this book will be a great motivator. I would strongly recommend giving it a read!”
I created The Worst Parts Of Paleo when I saw how many people were dealing with not sticking to the diet. And judging by all the feedback I’ve already gotten, I’m quite confident it can help YOU too.
You see, I’ve created this so that you can enjoy ALL of the amazing benefits of paleo… FAST. You’ll discover:
And although this sounds like your investment is going to be tons of money… it won’t.
I know, you might be wondering, “What’s the catch?”
After all… this took years to compile. And it’s really the one thing that will actually help you STICK with the diet.
But truth be told, it’s important to me to make sure you get a great value. It’s good for my reputation. And it helps me help more people.
Besides, we’re not all made of money.
I’m not saying I’ll keep it at this price forever though. I’ve seen other guides (not like this) cost a lot more and it’s been on the back of my mind to raise this to $30.
But you won’t need to worry about that! If you purchase this today, you’ll be locked in at the lowest possible price.
I reserve the right to raise the price at any time, and if you come back later, I’ll have to honor whatever the new price is. I hope that makes sense – just trying to keep it real.
And one more thing you should know:
I know you work hard for your money. I know you’re buying this solely on the promises I’ve laid out to you.
If for any reason you don’t love The Worst Parts Of Paleo, just let me know within a month (30 days) and I’ll refund you.
I don’t want your money if you don’t love my work.
No questions, no hassles – it’s that simple.
Sounds pretty fair, right?
And remember –
