Crunchy Benedict Burgers

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of ground chicken
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 1 celery spring
  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ tsp. of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. of paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Process:

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with 2 eggs.
  2. Mince the garlics.
  3. Chop the coriander and celery.
  4. Add to the ground chicken and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
  5. Make patties and cook them for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. Poach the remaining eggs one by one in a sauce pan with 2 cups of water and 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar.
  7. Peel and slice the avocado.
  8. Serve one poached egg over one patty and some avocado slices.
  9. Sprinkle some paprika over it.
  10. Enjoy!

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 3

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup of coconut flour
  • ¼ cup of shredded coconut
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. of baking powder
  • ½ tsp. of stevia
  • 1 tsp. of ghee
  • A pinch of salt

Process:

  1. Preheat oven at 350°F.
  2. Grease a baking mold with the ghee.
  3. Whisk the egg whites and add a pinch of salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks.
  5. Add the cream cheese.
  6. Add the shredded coconut, stevia, coconut flour and baking powder.
  7. Carefully, fold in the whisked egg whites.
  8. Put this mixture into a baking dish.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven.
  11. Cut the bread.
  12. Enjoy!

A simple recipe for a mouth watering burger!

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces of Italian sausage (casing removed)
  • 3 ounces of ground chicken
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsps. of ghee
  • ½ tsp. of cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste

Process:

  1. Slice the onion and tomato.
  2. Peel and slice the avocado.
  3. Mix the Italian sausage with the ground chicken.
  4. Heat a pan with some coconut oil and fry one egg.
  5. Fry the second egg with the remaining coconut oil.
  6. In the same pan, fry the onion slices for 3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
  8. Make two patties with the chorizo mixture.
  9. Add 1 tbsp. of coconut oil to the pan and fry the patties for 5 minutes on each side.
  10. Serve one patty on a plate and top with the onion rings, sliced tomato, one egg and avocado slices.
  11. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  12. Enjoy!

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Serves: 4

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 2 cups of mushrooms
  • 4 scallions
  • ½ cauliflower head
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 orange
  • 3 rosemary springs
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 tbsps. of ghee

 

Process:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small squares.
  2. Extract the juice from the orange.
  3. Put the avocados, orange juice, garlics and water into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  6. Cut the scallion and bell peppers into juliennes.
  7. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  8. Heat a saucepan with the ghee.
  9. Sauté the chicken, mushrooms, pepper, cauliflower, scallions and rosemary for 5 minutes.
  10. Add the avocado mixture and cook for another 5 minutes.
  11. Serve with some creamy soup.
  12. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 8 tortilla wraps (must be certified gluten-free)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • ½ pineapple
  • 8 ounces of strawberries
  • 2 avocado
  • 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup of chopped basil
  • ½ cup of chopped parsley
  • ½ cup of chopped thyme
  • ¼ cup of chopped coriander
  • Juice from 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Chop the garlic and onion.
  2. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small squares.
  3. Put the sweet potato squares into a pot with 1 cup of water and bring to a boil for 5 minutes or until soft.
  4. Remove from water.
  5. Peel the avocado and cut into slices.
  6. Heat a pan with the oil and sauté the garlic, onion and mushrooms.
  7. Put the mushrooms mixture into a bowl.
  8. Put on each tortilla wrap, some avocado slices, mushroom mixture, sweet potato squares, basil, parsley, thyme, coriander and lemon juice.
  9. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Wrap each tortilla wrap.
  11. Cut the pineapple and strawberries into small squares.
  12. Serve with the fruits.
  13. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 4 ounces of macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa
  • 1 parsnip
  • ½ cabbage
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 cups of water
  • Salt to taste

Process:

  1. Put 3 cups of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Put the sweet potato into the boiling water until soft.
  3. Remove from the water.
  4. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into bite-size squares.
  5. Shred the cabbage.
  6. Cut the parsnip into juliennes.
  7. Cut the broccoli into florets.
  8. In a double boiler, cook the shredded cabbage, broccoli and parsnip for 5 minutes.
  9. Peel and slice the avocado.
  10. On a plate, arrange the salad by placing the sweet potato squares, macadamia, quinoa, parsnip, cabbage, broccoli and avocado around the plate.
  11. Season with salt to taste.
  12. Enjoy!

  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup of tomato sauce
  • 1 cup of parsley leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green apple
  • ¼ lettuce
  • 2 tbsps. of butter
  • 4 tbsps. water
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Preheat oven at 400°F.
  2. Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. Place the wings on the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, put the jalapeño pepper, garlic and 2 tbsps. Of water into a food processor and blend for a few seconds.
  7. Heat a saucepan and melt the butter.
  8. Add the tomato sauce, jalapeño mixture and the remaining water.
  9. Let them cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Shred the carrot, lettuce and parsley.
  11. Cut the apple into small squares.
  12. Mix the apple with shredded carrot and parsley.
  13. Mix olive oil with the balsamic vinegar.
  14. Mix the spicy sauce with the wings and serve them on a plate.
  15. Accompany with the parsley salad.
  16. Sprinkle the dressing over the salad.
  17. Enjoy!

  • 2 apples
  • 1 parsnip
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of raisins
  • ½ cup of almonds
  • ¼ cup of raw honey
  • 1 tsp. of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. of ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. of apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsps. of coconut oil
  • Muffin paper liners

 

Process:

  1. Preheat oven at 350°F.
  2. Shred the parsnip.
  3. Chop the almonds.
  4. In a bowl, mix the coconut flour, cinnamon, honey, baking powder and almonds.
  5. Put the apples, raisins and apple cider vinegar into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  6. Mix the two mixtures.
  7. Add the shredded parsnip.
  8. Whisk the eggs until they double their size.
  9. Add the whisked eggs to the previous mixture.
  10. Spoon this mixture into 6 paper lined muffin tins.
  11. Bake for 30 minutes.
